Founded in 2009 by Artistic Director Susan Slowick, Cape Ann Chamber Music has been delighting audiences ever since with chamber music at its finest on scenic Cape Ann. Programs offer a variety of styles, eras, composers and instrumentation.

Cape Ann Chamber Music strongly believes in the power of the arts to heal, to uplift and to bring people together.

Established to provide a venue for talented artists from the greater Cape Ann area to share their work with their community, Cape Ann Chamber Music draws its performers from a pool of top-notch professionals living in the area with occasional guest musicians from beyond.
It also supports and collaborates with other local artists -- painters, photographers, actors, writers and poets -- by including displays or presentations of their work at Cape Ann Chamber Music concerts.
Concerts take place at St. Paul Church in the picturesque Lanesville section of Gloucester, MA
Highlights of recent Cape Ann Chamber Music concert programs include Messiaen's "Quartet for the End of Time," string quartets by Shostakovich, Britten and Ravel and an all-French concert featuring piano trios from the Impressionist era.
